How long will it take to receive my order?
Each House of Hollow set is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–10 business days for creation before your order ships. During launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I request custom nails?
Yes! We love bringing unique visions to life. If you're interested in a custom design, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your ideas, availability, and pricing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we are unable to make changes.
Sizing
How do I know my nail size?
We highly recommend purchasing one of our Sizing Kits before ordering your first set.
This ensures the most comfortable fit and helps eliminate guesswork.
What if I order the wrong size?
Because every set is handmade specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Wear & Care
How long do your press-on nails last?
Wear time depends on application and lifestyle.
With proper preparation:
- Adhesive Tabs: 1–3 days
- Nail Glue: 1–3 weeks
Many customers reuse their sets multiple times with proper care.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes.
When removed carefully, your House of Hollow set can be worn again.
Store them safely in their original packaging between wears.
How do I apply my nails?
Each order includes an application kit and detailed instructions.
For the longest-lasting wear:
- Prep your natural nails thoroughly.
- Remove all oils.
- Size each nail before applying adhesive.
- Avoid water for at least one hour after application.
How do I remove them safely?
Never force your nails off.
Soak them in warm, soapy water with a little cuticle oil until the adhesive loosens.
Gently lift the edges using the included cuticle stick.

What are your nails made from?
House of Hollow sets are created using high-quality soft gel tips and professional-grade products, carefully selected for durability, comfort, and a salon-quality finish.
Are your nails handmade?
Yes.
Every House of Hollow set is individually handcrafted, painted, detailed, and finished by hand.
No two sets are ever exactly alike, making each one uniquely yours.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, House of Hollow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact your local carrier first, as they can often help locate the package.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product.
We'll work with you to make it right.
